A Help Desk Specialist are responsible for providing over the phone IT support to employees who are encountering IT problems. Most of these calls involve troubleshooting software issues. An ideal candidate would be an individual with help desk support or an IT related education. We are looking for outgoing and dynamic people who like to work in a team environment.
