A strong candidate would have excellent computer skills, strong analytical skills, strong presentation skills and make a good impression both over the phone and in person. Will be patient teacher and creative analyst in solving data management and workflow challenges of publishers. The job involves training of new clients, and providing software solutions to help streamline their business. Any previous experience in teaching people CRM, ERM or inventory applications would be a plus.
